When:
Payment for scheduled service is due on the FIRST DAY of your requested service period each week. Payment may be rendered in person by check, or online. If payment is not received by close of business on the last service day of the requested schedule, the autopay function initiates to satisfy the existing account balance. The late payment fee of $35 is also assessed.

Our accounting application allows families to maintain multiple payment sources and types. There are five (5) customer managed payment sources/types. The system is available to you 24/7 for you to manage your account and account information.
Absences:
Unless Village Square Learning has initiated and published a program closing, Families are responsible for the schedule of services reserved, and therefore all charges and fees related to that reserved schedule service period, weather attended in full or in part according to the submitted schedule request. Absences due to inclement weather, Berkeley County Public School scheduled/unscheduled closings, or illness do not reduce tuition.
